2pm to 6pm: In the afternoon: creation of a plate by each participant (introduction in pottery) - in Vallauris, “la Cité des potiers”.
1pm to 7pm: a « gourmet stroll » through Roquebrune sur Argens / guided visit of the medieval village followed by a tasting at a local producers’s (chocolate, honey, vine, a choice of tastes aromas) / Chocolate-Macaron workshop : animated by the "maître chocolatier" in person / visit of the chocolate museum with the "chocolatier".
8:30am to 11am : guided visit of Cannes : the old town, the port, the provenal market, the delicatessen shops of the Rue Meynadier and the Rue d'Antibes…
11am to 2pm : gourmet workshop in Cannes : kitchen course "lunch formula" : a starter, a main plate, a dessert (course from 11am to 12:30pm followed by lunch with the chef).
from 1pm to 7pm : the path of parfumes - Visit of the garden of natural parfumes in Mouans-Sartoux – a « delicious stroll » among all the plants, discovering fields and ancient cultures. Visit of Grasse, the city of parfumes with a visit of Galimard (a perfumery).
from 1pm to 8pm : excursion to Tourettes sur Loup – historic gardens : visits with different themes on vegetables and medicinal plants from around the world – visit of the candy factory Florian (refinement of local fruits and flowers as well as chocolate production and perfumed candies with provencial taste – Workshop flower kitchen (course from 6pm to 8pm followed by a tasting from 8pm to 9pm).
